Hey Swarmers!

We seem to be having trouble with our ftp server.  I've alerted
our sysadmins and will let you know when it's fixed.  JJ originally
asked me why I didn't use the http protocol for files.... I argued
that the ftp server was probably more reliable... [grin]  Oh well.
