In what way don't the tclobjc test programs work?  I notice there may
be a potential link-time problem on GNU/Linux systems.  If it is a
link-time problem, does adding "-lobjc -ldl" to the LIBS and TCLLIBS
in tclobjc's Makefile fix the problem?
