Of course not.
But as I said, inlining was not the problem! The problem is in the
RedHat-5.1 pow() routine, since DynamicGraph craps out even without
optimization.

Well, DynamicGraph depends on (uses) GraphLib.
And pow(something,0.5) is mathematically equivalent to sqrt(something), no?
My suggestion stands.
