Installing problem of SWARM on Win95

Hi List Members

We are having problem in installing SWARMS on windows95. We are getting the 
following error.

"Unable to execute SETUP.EXE/SMS"

"Unable to execute the specified command line"

Please suggest a solution for the above problem.
