Help with Java Swarm

Marcus,

 I would appreciate your help with a problem I am having in running a swarm 
demonstration program using Java.

The configuration I have is as follows:

Windows 98
 Swarm 2.1.1 installed in c:\Swarm-2.1.1

 (I have installed the swarm apps and MouseTrap, HeatBugs etc work fine, as 
does terminal and the basic unix commands)

 Java 1.2.2 installed in c:\jdk1.2.2

 JBuilder2 installed (I hope I don't need to upgrade to JBuilder3).


 I have compiled jHeatBugs using both JBuilder2 and using the make file 
that came with JHeatbugs.  JHeatbugs seems to compile OK with both JBuilder 
and the make file included with JHeatbugs, generating the *.class files but 
I can't seem to get JHeatBugs to run.

 I have swarm.jar and javaswarm.dll installed in c:\Swarm-2.1.1\bin but 
can't seem to get JHeatBugs to run.  I have read through as many help files 
and as much correspondence as I could find but still can't seem to find the 
problem.

 Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
