JBuilder (at least version 3) has its own Java runtime, and I infer
from other questions that JBuilder2  does too and that it is jdk1.1.
jdk1.1 lacks java.util classes, and jheatbugs uses those.  You could
try untaring the jdk12.tar.gz file in jheatbugs and importing those files
to JBuilder.
