Ok, try gunziping:
ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/2.1.1-fixes/javaswarm.dll.gz
and putting it in /Swarm-2.1.1/bin. And gunzip:
ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/2.1.1-fixes/swarm.jar.gz
and put it in /Swarm-2.1.1/share/swarm.
This new DLL improves ProbeDisplays for Java, too.
As luck would have it, the fix breaks things with Kaffe. I'll fix
that and update that DLL next.. (Don't yet build Swarm from source if
using Kaffe is your intent.)
