etc/protocol.el parses Objective C method declarations all the way
down to argument types and names. It builds method description
objects made-up of these atoms, including documentation strings. It would
need some relatively superficial tweaking to work on @interfaces (as
opposed to @protocols), but everything is in place to convert
annotated Objective C into DocBook.
