network problems

In case anyone has been having trouble reaching @swarm.org e-mail
addresses or reaching www.swarm.org, the apparent cause was the Code
Red virus.  Although we don't use the Microsoft web server software,
the requests hit the `web administration' feature of our DSL box and
caused it to freeze.  The latest changes finally seem to have fixed
things.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
