cygpng2.dll ?????????

Hi,
I downloaded all the files form
ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/latest/

and I copied them overwriting old swarm files.

But when I run the application (TestPixMap) it tells me that it cannot
find: cygpng2.dll

Do you know where I can find it?
