How to install Swarm2.2-pretest 4 (Windows)?

Hi,
I have downloaded Swarm 2.2-pretest 4 and unzipped it. I also have downloaded
Cygwin (Base Package + make and some libraries) and installed it. Now I don't 
understand
the instructions in the SwarmOnlineFAQ. Where can I mount the Swarm directory? 
After
all, Cygwin has its own /usr, /usr/lib and so on directories. Also, I expected 
that from 2.1.1 on,
Swarm runs without Cygwin. So what can I do?
