Sounds like it is opening swarmArchiver.hdf and failing. Maybe the
file is corrupted or maybe it has funny permissions. If you've got
this file in your home directory, delete it. If you still have
trouble, try grabbing the latest HDF5 and the latest Swarm snapshot
and building that. Or just configure Swarm with --without-hdf5dir.
I don't build that way, well, ever, so there may be some minor problems
with the latest snapshot w.r.t. to disabled HDF5 support.
