hello!

...there has been little development going on, in part due to real life
becoming time consuming and in part since there were no serious known
bugs to justify an earlier release... :-)

anyway, this release creates a 150 sector post-gap by default, in the
hope to make the (s)vcd's created a bit more compatible;
also the tool cdxa2mpeg has been included due to popular demand...

...as always, I hope this release fixes more bugs than introduces... :)
