hello,

fyi, I've hacked together a quick'n'dirty still encoding webpage;
so far only hi-res SVCD still mpeg encoding is supported; i.e. you
upload your gif/jpeg/png menu screen, and it get's scaled automatically
to fullscreen, encoded & multiplexed...

lemme know, what you think of it... btw, it's based on the mjegtools
1.6-beta1 release...

ps: please don't try to hack it... otherwise I'll have to disable this
