[vile] WinVile - weird behavior when moving cursor with mouse

This isn't really important, but I just thought I'd report my
observation.

I'm working on a project where I'm forced to use Windows, so I installed
WinVile-9.7t to have a usable editor.

One thing I've noticed is that moving the cursor with the mouse to a
new line tends to leave cursor droppings behind, i.e., eventually you
end up with black blotches scattered around the screen until you do
a CTRL-L to clean it up.

I've never observerd anything like that using XVile.
