I wanted to make sure the book was good enough, maybe I can prune it 
down some more :) Even though it expands to 5MB, it compresses pretty 
well in the installer, so I didn't mind leaving it that big. I'll play 
with it if we use this for the next release, or we could even use it to 
repackage the current 4.2.7, who knows.
