[XForms] New pre-release xforms-1.0.94pre2

Hi everybody,

   here's the next pre-release for 1.0.94

There are two changes relative to the last pre-release:

a) A bug in the code for the file selector (not enough memory allocated
   and thus a segmentation fault) got fixed, thanks to Luis Balona for
   reporting the bug and helping find what was going wrong.

b) The files created by fdesign now should be (again) palatable to
   C++ compiler. Thanks to John Wang for pointing out this issue.
