This is a moderated list for announcements related to the 40 years of GNU celebration in Biel/Bienne on September 27th 2023. It should be very low traffic, the idea is to enable the organizers to contact everybody who would like to be notified about important developments. You do not need to subscribe to this list to attend the event, but of course this might be a good idea as otherwise we have no means to reach you.
