Sounds like a good idea to me. I'll make sure all my new content is categorized, and that I add category tags to older things as I trace back to them.

The idea behind that is that a lot of the links between articles lead
to different topics. Like from Plot to Characters to Locations to ...
which is nice, since those are related too. But with categories in
place, you could get a listing of all character related information or
everything of interest to a developer, etc.

I don't think we need to go in and actively add categories to every
article, but it would be nice if we could do it as we make changes to
articles. Categorizing articles is easy; just add

    [[Category:<name of category>]]

at the bottom of the article. Add multiple lines if the article should
appear in more than one category. The link above leads to the list of
existing categories; add new ones as you see fit :-).
