Hi simulavrxx is actually only running on 'x yes.To get it runable under cygwin only the pipe's must be adapted. All other things should be os independend.
This could be a job for an hour I think. Don't think about build systems! You can compile it by using a simple Makefile or by hand if you do it one time :-)
If someone spend my a fat pc where M$ could work and support to keep that alive for a few days I could do the job. :-) Sorry, I dropped all M$ chaos 9 years ago.

Special statistics for irq handlers are implemented and a lot more.Correctness of code can be checked if you write your tescases around the simulation, this could be done in a lot of languages like c,c++ or tcl and other scripting languages.Have fun!
