I've looked at Arch tutorial and from what I have seen, the basic
procedure is the same one as I used to do my clef work[1]:
1. tla archive-setup axiom--axiom-book--1
2. tla tag address@hidden/axiom--release--1 axiom--axiom-book--1
3. tla get axiom--axiom-book--1
