It is starting to bother me that CVS Bison now has so many features
labeled as "experimental".  Historically, the Bison mainline is not
really designed for experimentation.

Perhaps we should move the the experimental features to a branch.  On
that branch, it'd be OK to describe stuff as experimental in the
manual.
