[Bug binutils/637] New: man 1 c++filt footnote 1 is confused

FOOTNOTES
       1.  MS-DOS does not allow "+" characters in file names,  so  on  MS-DOS
           this program is named c++filt.

i believe it's supposed to say cppfilt, but i'm not sure.
