Sourceforge is more than a CVS tree. 

If you want to set up a system at Oslo, I can work on that task
instead (or as well) 

I still think that independent of where the archive is, 
that there should be a sourceforge face to cfengine.

And there should be more integration into freshmeat.net.

At this point, I am just starting the sourceforge site. So how
we set it up can vary a great deal. 

The key to the process is coming to a developer consensus on how
the group can best work together for the greater good.
