It is very useful to set Mail-Followup-To: to the mailing list.
Modern mailers will respect that setting. If you want a CC or if you
don't want a CC then either way that header is useful. Just say
explicitly what you want to have happen.
If the poster is a new name that I don't recognize or if the poster
uses MS-Outlook then when I am the first response to a poster I do
sometimes set Reply-To back to the list to avoid their breakage. But
I don't usually set that for normal postings.
