It's not a gawk problem (gawk has no built-in, hardcoded limitations). The
problem is that the line(s) that you'd like to see DO match the /- /
pattern, so awk is not printing them.

Somewhere in those lines there is a matching pattern, excerpt:

Product.Name&gt; - &lt;Agent.UserName&gt;"
