I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try
to update obsolete or deprecated features in web pages, to make
maintenance and future style improvement easier. Gnash [1] has several
pages that need to be upgraded the the latest boilerplate [2]. This
would give the opportunity to make the column layout a little more

The attached diff contains the proposed changes:

- Upgrade the 7 pages that are accessible from the menu to boilerplate 1.79.

- In get-involved.html, add <p> to the first paragraph of complex list
items: the anonymous box causes uneven spacing unless corrected by CSS.

- Replace the current layout with a fixed column on the right and a
fluid column on the left, using the "negative margin" method described
in [3]. The right column moves to the bottom of #content on narrow screens.

- Add a link to the menu for narrow screens (not displayed on large

If you agree with the proposed changes but don't have time to commit
them to CVS, I will be glad to do it, with any further modifications you

Best regards,
