Malformed multipart POST with Opera

We at http://www.gnupg.org/ are using GNATS as problem tracking system.
We have been reported by several of our users (and I got a chance to
check it out by myself) that posting a PR with Opera
(http://www.opera.com/) the server replies with the following error
message:

Malformed multipart POST

For help, please send mail to this site's webmaster, giving this error
message and the time and date of the error.
====================================================================

Please note that, since it happens with Opera only, it may be Opera's 
fault.
