Unfortunately, your command "perldoc perllocal" didn't work.
The problem I see ist that I can't use the Debian package. I am pretty
sure that there are too much dependecies related to Perl so that apt-get
install gnats/testing won't work.
Thanks for you help. We'll update CGI.pm as soon as possible.
