BUG: Tools Meanu -> "Read Mail" is TOO DANGEROUS

    May I strongly suggest that TOOLS->ReadMail menu is made:

    1)  disabled by default, enabled by separate variable.

    or

    2)  When selected, wrapped with code that dislays separate 
        *WARNING* buffer telling user what the implications are.
    
    Novice users, DO NOT WANT TO PUSH THAT MENU. It will convert all their
    mail to babyl, when they have used to pine, elm, mutt etc.

    I think it should contain a very heavy waning message before
    proceeding and destroying individuals mailbox and moving it to
    obscure babyl format. (From novice point of view).

    I you give a go sign, I make up a patch.
