Emacs 20.2.1 segfaults in increment_row_positions()

In GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
 of 2002-05-27 on shlc0022
configured using `configure  --prefix=/proj/tang/usertools/ia32_linux/'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

It seems that the last action I make in emacs is generaly a mouse click in a 
buffer. Then it segfaults.
