PSPP-BUG: Bug ??

In am running PSPP 0.9.0-g745ee3  on a Dell Inspiron 2847 with an Intel i5 processor using the Windows 7 Home Premium (service pack 1) operating system.

I have encountered the following problem with VALUE LABELS

1.  I imported a file that was 'comma delimited' (originally an Excel file) using the graphical interface version of PSPP (PSPPIRE).  Everything worked fine.  I
created 'value labels' for two of the variables in the 'variable view' and ran frequency distributions using the 'Analyze' dropdown menu.  The frequency output appeared to be
perfect, but there were no value labels produced on the output.  I checked to make certain that 'value labels' were in the 'show' mode and that was the case.

2.  To see if  VALUE LABELS was functioning in another mode, I created some dummy data directly using the PSPPIRE data editor.  I created 'value labels'
using the same procedure as identified in #1  above for a couple of the variables.  I ran frequency distributions.  The output displayed the correct figures in
the frequency distribution as well as outputting the value labels for the different values of the variables.

The problem:  Value labels works under one condition, but not the other.

Thanks for your work
