Instruction Addition to Assembler for New Ultra Sparcs?

Is there anyone working on adding the new instructions for Sun Microsystem's 
Ultra III Sparc chip? I heard there were new cool instructions and I was 
wondering if anyone was working on adding them to 'GAS'? If so, could you 
send me there name?
