Yes, so far. In the meantime we can just change the Autoconf
documentation so that AC_STRUCT_ST_BLKSIZE is no longer marked
obsolescent. (This is assuming that we can figure out what to put
into the fixed AC_STRUCT_ST_BLKSIZE.)
