Diffutils: patch for de.po

Hello,

Here's a patch (against 2.8.1) for de.po that corrects a couple
trivial typos.  There is also a general problem of inconsistent
terminology in the German (e.g. "Aufruf" vs. "Benutzung" as
translations for "usage"), but my German has only had about a year and
a half of practice, so I'm not the right person to fix this.  :-)
