I just took the one from Øystein's installation archive. Øystein, do you 
also have it from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=25167 ?
I suggest to just use the newest version from there. Now it is 
libiconv-1.9-w32.2.bin.woe32.zip .

zlib.dll is missing. The rest is the same.
