[Bug-gnubg] bug: gnubg.exe crashes at start

Hello,

when starting gnubg.exe it works until it says "Rendering Board", then it 
crashes. Windows message is "Program error: gnubg.exe has generated errors and 
will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log 
is created." DRWTSN32.EXE starts, but doesnt create any logfile entries.

I tried this with several builds. Last try was build 1471.

My operating system is Windows 2000 english version. I tried with SP3 as well 
as with SP4. My computer is HP Omnibook 6000 with graphics card ATI Rage 
Mobility-M AGP 8 MB. I updated the video driver as well.
