An edited position in really a game consisting only of special "set board", "set dice", "set cube value" and "set cube position" records (not necessarily in that order).

If you're before the "set board" in the moves list when you save the position, you will get the initial position (implicitly) plus possibly some dice and cube changes.

Conversly, after loading the position, you will at first see something different depending on your choice for Settings/Options/Other/Goto first game when loading matches or sessions (which really works as go to the head (vs. the tail) of the moves list when loading or importing anything).

I suppose there are a few things we could do. Something like, if we are on a special record when saving a position, advance until the next record is a regular move or the end of the list, and save from there.
