Hi,

thanks to your hint I could take this hurdle sucessfully, but the next
problem appeared: I think I've 'installed' IceCat, but it's not running.

I'm using a windows 7 machine and after file verification I've unpacked
the file into my program folder. The content of the package was no
installation file, but simply all IceCat files.
That made me sceptical, but I simply proceded like mentioned;
the fact that the IceCat.exe hat the IceCat logo as an icon made me
more confident, that everything's okay.
Then I gave a firewall exception to IceCat.exe and tried to start it by
clicking on it;
it started loading, but then nothing happened.
The firewall protocol revealed, that IceCat.exe wanted to use
C:\Windows\SysWow64\WerFault.exe; that file had no firewall exception and
therefore tried to go online in vein. Then I also gave WerFault.exe a
firewall exception.
After that by clicking IceCat.exe it starts to load again, this time a bit
longer,
but then again, nothing happens. And when I investigate, I find no clue, what
could prevent IceCat from starting properly.

Any clue, how to get IceCat running in this case?

Greetings,
Torben Lechner
