Which are not worth having?  For what reason?

Ah, yes, I'd forgotten about that.

Yes it is, the FSF is very strict about this.  The copyright 
assignment doesn't have to be specifically for grep, though: it is 
enough if the author of a grep translation has signed a copyright 
assignment for any translation.

If the indications on http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/ about disclaimers 
are authorative, then yes, you can check that yourself.

Taking just the first (af), 
http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/registry.cgi?team=af shows 
that Petri Jooste is the author of the grep translation (it's 
inside the po file), and he has signed a disclaimer.  So this one 
can be included.  I'll check all the others as well.

Yes, but that should come after importing the currently available 
translations first: it saves the translators the hassle of having 
to merge their current translations into the new pos, the 'make 
dist' will do that for them.
