The only two that are lacking disclaimers are rw and uk.

rw -- translated by Steve Murphy, while Steven Michael Murphy signed 
a disclaimer; they're probably the same person, but it's unclear; 
the translation is also pretty minimal, so it doesn't matter much.

uk -- translated Dmytro O. Redchuk, no disclaimer.

I haven't asked the FSF whether the indications on 
http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/ are authorative.
