Could it be that you’re running ‘guix-daemon’ as root? (This test is
known to fail in 2.0.7 and earlier when run as root.)
When doing so, it is highly recommended to use the ‘--build-users-group’
option: it instructs guix-daemon to run builds under users from that
group.
The normal setup is to have a dedicated ‘guixbuild’ group with (say) 10
users (‘guixbld1’ to ‘guixbld10’). The Nix manual contains more
