In that regtest there is actually a HUGE change: The 4 did not show up on the 
second figure so far, while after the fix, the figure correctly contains the 
4! In particular, between February and some days ago, the regtest showed the 
    7  b7
Now, the figure displays the correct
    4   4
    7  b7 
So the regtest comparison definitely MUST see that change in the output.
