[Bug-tar] [PATCH] Handle incremental format 2 with negative numbers, too

From: Paul Eggert
Subject: [Bug-tar] [PATCH] Handle incremental format 2 with negative numbers, too.
Date: Sat, 22 Dec 2012 22:31:12 -0800
User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0 Thunderbird/17.0

This patch is needed too, I'm afraid, so I pushed it as well.

* src/incremen.c (read_unsigned_num): Last arg is intmax_t *, not
uintmax_t, for consistency with other readers. All callers changed.
Avoid signed integer overflow.
