Just a note, when I was adding the mundane names to GSRC, I used the
general rule of taking the capitalization scheme used in the primary
heading of the package's web page as the canonical scheme, falling back
to that used in the documentation or README where that wasn't possible.
But yeah, it's completely inconsistent even within packages.
