[Denemo-devel] Improving on LilyPond

LilyPond sometimes forces you to write bizarre things to achieve quite
reasonable ends. Denemo can help insulate the user from this, and a case
in point has just arisen. To indicate that a figure in a figured bass
continues you have to type in the same figure on the next note, even
though this will generally be the wrong figure (LilyPond does not look
at the bass at all). In Denemo now you can type "~" and the continuation
is put in for you om the LilyPond output.
I've added to the MIDI entry for figured basses so that you can generate
a continuation just by pressing the pedal after pressing the bass note.
