Good news! This is working out-of-the box with my MIDI controller - I
have installed and run PmDefaults so I don't know whether that will be
necessary but I will be able to test this hopefully tomorrow when I will
get access to another windows machine that has never had that program on
it.
There is some disconcerting news: the noteheads, clefs etc in the Denemo
display are not being found for some user accounts. (That is, I tried
two user accounts under windows, one shows the clefs, noteheads etc the
other not). I am not sure where these come from, but it seems extremely
bizarre.
I have contact with someone else who had all the fonts disappear on a
build that I made using gub. I will get them to install your version and
see how that works (they re-installed a previous version and the fonts
returned).
Please will anyone else with a windows box to test on see if the program
is installing ok from
