This went on to build poppler ok, and then
checking for
i686-pc-mingw32-pkg-config...
/home/rshann/mxe/usr/bin/i686-pc-mingw32-pkg-config
checking pkg-config is at least version 0.16... yes
checking for glib-compile-schemas... no
configure: error: glib-compile-schemas not found.
make[1]: *** [build-only-evince] Error 1
you said something about pkg-config for evince - do you know what I need
to do now?
