[Denemo-devel] Duplicate to Fill Measure

I've added a new command which repeats the current contents of a measure
until it is full. This is useful for example when entering rhythms where
a pattern (e.g. dotted 1/4, 1/8 pattern) is repeated to the end of the
bar. If the measure is full then it duplicates the measure. This
complements the Fill Measure command, which fills up the measure with
the last entered note.
I've re-arranged the short cuts in the numeric keypad to invoke these
two as both of them will duplicate the measure if it is full so that
dedicating the Enter key to just that task is not the best use of this
key any more.
