Denemo's own MIDI generation is very basic and is just for checking for
errors. It does a few other simple things, like dynamic levels, and a
few outrageously esoteric things (like setting the temperament).
However, Denemo can also get LilyPond to create MIDI for listening to a
score (see Playback->Playback View). LilyPond creates better MIDI
output but even then you should check(*) if it can support ral. cresc.
etc. If it *can* support what you want then Denemo can be made to tell
it to do so (if it doesn't do so already) - please ask.
